My journey
In 2021, I graduated as a fitness trainer in Belgium, marking the starting point of my career in the fitness industry. This diploma was a real turning point for me, enabling me to specialize further in areas I'm particularly passionate about: rugby and combat sports.
In 2022, my professional trajectory reached a new level with the award of my BPJEPS AJ diploma in Lyon, accompanied by the granting of my professional sports coach card. This achievement reinforced my credibility and legitimacy as a coach, adding an extra dimension to my expertise.
My in-depth training in physical preparation focused on the specific requirements of disciplines such as rugby and combat sports. I have acquired in-depth knowledge of the physical needs, training techniques and recovery strategies specific to these demanding sports. This specialization enables me to provide a targeted approach tailored to each individual athlete.
For the past two years, I have devoted my energy to guiding and inspiring others as a coach. This enriching experience has enabled me to apply my theoretical knowledge to everyday reality, honing my skills in designing personalized training programs.
My goal as a coach goes beyond fitness. I strive to help my clients achieve their goals while adopting a healthy lifestyle. My passion for coaching is fueled by my constant desire to stay at the cutting edge of advances in physiology, nutrition and sports psychology.
